Targel (ターゲル, Tāgeru): Voiced by: Yusaku Yara; A minion of Uighur and master of Kokushō Jūji Ken. After killing the Sūzan Tsūhi Ken successor, he threatened to kill Bella's mother if she did not assassinate Kenshirō. When she disobeyed him, he murdered her mother and then Bella. Kenshirō killed him with Hokuto Gekitsui Shi (北斗撃墜指) technique.
