- A minion who works for Uighur at Cassandra and master of Kokushō Jūji Ken. He killed the Sūzan Tsūhi Ken successor for rebelling and was also behind the deaths of Bella and her mother, when Bella failed to assassinate Kenshirō. Targel battled Kenshirō himself but was killed with the Hokuto Gekitsui Shi (北斗撃墜指) technique.
