Puiy in the anime.
Former emperor of China, then emperor of Manchukuo. Purely a puppet of the Japanese Empire, the neurotic Puyi becomes terrified of being assassinated. On April 6 1935, Puyi came to Japan aboard the Battleship Hiei under the cover of a "Japan-Manchuria Friendship Envoy" to employ the legendary Hokuto Shin Ken successor Kenshirō Kasumi as his bodyguard.
Kenshiro Kasumi invaded Puyi's palace because some of Puyi's Imperial Guard tried to kill Kenshiro for the reward offered by Hong Hua Hui for Kenshiro head and because Puyi had used Ling Yong-Jian as his taster, Kenshiro was enraged with Puyi. He beats him,but in the end he spares his life and leaves Puyi's house. After that, Puyi says that Kenshiro is the only person that he can call Peng-0you(friend in chinese).
