Galzus

A member of the Holy Emperor's army,when he was captured by Jay and others member from Shuh's resistence army,he begins to cry,and forge a history about his sister being kidnaped by Souther and he is forced to work from him,while the resistance members are distracted discussing what they should do with him,he catches them off guard and kills them.

Later he tries do that with Kenshiro,but he is killed by him.
