Riseki (リセキ, Riseki)

An elderly man who once served Ken-Oh, he helped raise the orphan, Ryu, and became his adoptive grandfather. He raised Ryu well and protected him from the evils of the world. Riseki entrusted Kenshiro with the rest of Ryu's development.
