- The successor of Sūzan Tsūhi Ken (Songshan Passing Elbow Fist), whose real name was unknown. In the manga, his story is recounted by Toki.
- He was taken to Cassandra and forced to give his style's ancient scroll to Ken-Oh to protect his family. Raoh examines the scroll and agrees to spare their lives, but as there can only be one successor, they must spend the rest of their lives in prison. Separated from his wife and child, they would call out to let one other know they were still alive. However, when his wife fell silent, he realized she had died, leaving him to die of grief.
