- A rival warlord to Raoh who first appears in Ten no Haoh, he controls what was once Southern Cross and Godland. It's revealed that Meioh is secretly being manipulated by Gaiya.
Shin Kyūseishu Densetsu
- In Raoh Den: Junai no Shō, Ken-Oh's forces ambush Meioh and his men, with Reina leading the charge. Raoh joins the battle to assist Reina and destroys Meioh with Hokuto Gōshō Ha.
