- The Captain of Ken-oh's Royal Guards (拳王親衛隊 Ken'ō Shin'eitai). A master of a sword fighting style called Shuchō Shokei Tōjutsu (首長処刑刀術, "Shiek Execution Fencing"), which involves the use of scimitars and Arabian-style shurikens. In the manga, he was the one responsible for Fūga's and Raiga's deaths. Zarqa tries to keep Kenshiro from reuniting with Toki but is outmatched and pierced with his own sword by the Hokuto Shinken successor.
