- The Captain of Ken-Oh's Royal Guards (拳王親衛隊 Ken'ō Shin'eitai). A master of a sword fighting style called Shuchō Shokei Tōjutsu (首長処刑刀術, "Shiek Execution Fencing"), which involves the use of scimitars and Arabian-style shurikens. Zarqa tries to keep Kenshiro from reuniting with Toki but is outmatched and pierced with his own sword by the Hokuto Shinken successor.
Trivia
- Avu from the Konami fighting game Martial Champion appears to be based off of Zarqa in stature and weapon choice, although his facial features more resemble Qasim's.
