- Duran (デュラン Dyuran)
- Duran is a character who only features in the Hokuto no Ken television series. He was a former member of Dante's gang who reformed to become a village doctor. He played with the children from the village, but was later blackmailed by Dante to kill Kenshirō, or else he would murder the children and take everything they had. When Duran failed to kill Kenshirō, and then saved Kanna from Dante's men, they killed him. Kenshirō avenges his death by destroying Dante and his gang.
