Lui (ルイ, Rui): The Celestial Empress (天帝, Tentei), and Lin's twin sister. When they were still babies, only one was permitted to live by Jakou, but Falco could not bring himself to kill Lin and entrusted her to his auntie and uncle. Fearing for his life, Lui was kidnapped by Jakou and locked underground in the Imperial Palace as a means for the corrupt chamberlain to blackmail Falco and seize power for himself. Having infiltrated the Imperial Palace to kill the celestial emperor; Bat, Lin and Ein were entrapped by Jakou within the catacombs she dwelled.; While Kenshiro was fighting Falco, Lin meets Lui for the first time, learning the truth of their shared parentage. Having spent so long in the dark, she eventually lost her sight burrowing around there for water. Lui was well aware of Lin's exploits and commended her for it. After Lui is freed, Falco turns against Jakou and kills him. With the collapse of the Celestial Capitol by Jask using Falco's detonator. Lui having regained her vision, was saddened when Lin was taken by Jakou's son across the red sea, towards the Land of Asura. Lamenting the harsh hand delt to the two siblings and Mr. Kenshiro who'd saved her.
