- Zepia (ゼピア)
- A rebel leader who fights against Gyaran, he is successor of Nanto Hishō Ken (南斗飛翔拳, South Dipper Soaring Fist), a subordinate style of Nanto Hakurō Ken.
- When Gyaran promises to spare the villagers if Zepia sacrifices his eyes, Zepia obliges but Gyaran double-crosses him and showers the people with arrows. Zepia later welcomes Kenshiro to his hideout and implores him to defeat Gyaran and restore order to Nanto.
