Gaira (ガイラ): Voiced by: Ikuya Sawaki; A minion of Jagi that had claimed to have learned Hokuto Shin Ken from him. He tried to strike Kenshiro with a Hokuto Zankai Ken, but it didn't work. When he counted to 10, he himself exploded. In the anime he wore a helmet.
