    Targel (ターゲル Taageru)
    A minion of Uighur and master of Kokushō Jūji Ken. After killing the Sūzan Tsūhi Ken, he threatened to kill Bella's mother if she did not assassinate Kenshiro. When she disobeyed him, he killed her. Kenshiro kills him with Hokuto Gekitsui Shi (北斗撃墜指).
