Village of Miracles

Village of Miracles (奇跡の村, Kiseki no Mura) was a village established by Toki for healing the sick and injured. When Toki originally encountered the village, it was ravaged by death and disease, but by using his knowledge of Hokuto Shinken, he healed the sick and revived the village. Because of this extraordinary feat, Toki was worshipped as a messiah and the village earned a reputation for miracles.

Having left for supplies, Toki returned to find the village invaded by bandits who had slaughtered the innocent. For the first time, Toki lost his mind and exploded into a violent frenzy. Shortly afterwards, Toki was imprisoned in Cassandra by his older brother Raoh, and the village was occupied by Toki's deranged impersonator Amiba. The villagers were sacrificed for his cruel experiments, and the only survivors became his minions.
