Targel (ターゲル, Taageru)

A minion of Uighur and master of Kokushō Jūji Ken. After killing the Sūzan Tsūhi Ken master, he threatened to kill Bella's mother if she did not assassinate Kenshiro. When she disobeyed him, he killed Bella and her mother. Kenshiro kills him with Hokuto Gekitsui Shi (北斗撃墜指).
