Kobito (コビト), better known as the Giant Hag (でかいババア, Dekai Babā), was a giant underling of Ken-oh who used to cross-dressed as a seemingly innocent elderly lady. He lured Kenshirō, Toki and Mamiya to his cabin, attempting to trick the trio intro poisoned water. However, Ken easily saw through the "old lady's" ruse, claiming that he has never seen an old woman like him. The Hag tried to attack Kenshiro with pair of swords, but Ken easily thwarted him with a high kick, killing him in the process.

In the anime, the Hag is not as a giant compared to his manga counterpart, although his facial hair gives him away instead. The Hag in the anime was a member of Ken-oh's Special Transformation Unit, which consisted of himself and a group of thugs dressed like old men.
