- A giant Nanto Goshasei fighter. Fudō was once a terrible outlaw known as "Fudō the Ogre" (悪鬼のフドウ Akki no Fudō), and one time he attacked the Hokuto dojo, terrifying a young Raoh. Sometime later, his heart was opened by a very young Yuria, who defended a group of puppies from Fudō's rampage. From this act of courage, Fudō learned to cherish life and became known as 'Fudō of the Mountains', one of the five Nanto Goshasei and guardian of the Last General of Nanto. Once an orphan himself, Fudō adopted children from the wasteland.
- After trembling before Kenshirō's Musō Tensei, Raoh decided to overcome the demon from his past and challenged Fudō in battle. Raoh ordered his own men to shoot him if he took one step back. Fudō survived an onslaught from Raoh, driven by the love of his children. This profound love and sadness caused Raoh to recoil in fear, however, his men fired at Fudō instead and killed him, much to Raoh's chagrin.
