Kōzō Shioya (塩屋浩三, Shioya Kōzō, born August 18, 1955) is a Japanese voice actor born in Kagoshima Prefecture. He is represented by Aoni Production. His younger brother is voice actor Yoku Shioya.

In addition to the characters listed, he provided the voices for several no-name thugs, villagers, and soldiers in the original Hokuto no Ken TV anime.
