- The name of the bar that served as the hideout for Jagi and his gang. On the roof of the building (some 200m high) was a heliport where Jagi led Kenshiro as the stage for their final battle. Jagi destroys the fuel tank in order to trap Kenshiro within a raging inferno, until Kenshiro punches the ground and causes the roof to collapse.
- It is here that Jagi conspires with Amiba, helping him to impersonate Toki by clubbing his back to recreate Toki's signature scar. He also demonstrates the potential of Hokuto Shinken by using the Shin-ichi (新一) vital point on one of his minions to make him confess his true opinion of his master.
