- A survivor of the Honghua Hui and vengeful brother of Tian Xuefang. A bumbling man concious of his baldness(unlike his brother, Tian doesn't even have sideburns), he now wears the same heavy iron wig as his brother. Always accompanied by his minion, He Machao.
- He and Machao later give up revenge after being touched by Erika's circumstances.
