Sōu Rakusō Ha (双羽落爪破, Paired Feather Drop Claw Rip)

A two-man Nanto Soyo Ken technique where they both jump into the air, then one of them holds the other's arms to create additional weight and centrifugal force that allows them to swoop down on the enemy from above.

The Harn Brothers use this technique against Falco, but suceed only in ripping his cloak.
