: Appears in ''[[Ten no Hao]]'' and its anime adaptation. A masked hooded warlord from the South, whose right arm is equipped with a mechanical gauntlet which generates electric waves. He conspired with [[Igor|Igor's]] Army to invade [[Raoh|Ken-Oh's]] fortress with a pincer attack, but his entire right arm is destroyed by Raoh as their punches meet. Like Igor, none of Raizu's subjects are spared, and his skull is turned into a wine goblet for Ken-Oh's victory celebration.
