Jemoni and Taizanji Commander

Some fans believe him to be the Taizan Commander from the Hokuto no Ken pilot based on the similarities of their scarred faces and the fact they share the same fighting style.

How can they be the same character? Aside from the fact that the pilot is not even set in the same canon as the serialized manga and TV series, the only real similarity is the scar over their left eye, which are not even identical (the Commander's scar goes down like a straight line, whereas Jemoni's diverges to the lower right section of his chin). At best, Jemoni is based on the Taizanji Commander, just like how Balcom is based on Kinbu Baiken and Amiba's mutant man-bear henchman is based on Gōda. Arkhound 02:39, June 4, 2010 (UTC)
