His rubber-like stomach allowed him to absorb any attack, earning the title of "Destroyers of Martial Artists". Normally, [[Hokuto Shin Ken]] would be useless against him, but Kenshiro found a way around by using the Hokuto Jūha Zan (Soft Breaking Slash). Heart is famous for coining the series' trademark death cry, "hidebu". In the original manga, he is the final henchman Kenshiro faces before fighting Shin. In the anime series, the fight between him and Ken occurred at the middle of the desert, while Ken and his friends were helping a group of captured villagers escape from their confinement. In the 1986 movie, he is Jagi's bodyguard instead of Shin's. In an early movie trailer, his name appears listed as {{nihongo|'''Elephant'''|エレファント|Erefanto}}.
