=== Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise ===
Serving as a minor antagonist in an original story faithful to the world and it's characters, Jagi and his spiteful crusade were abridged and woven into the greater narrative surrounding the paradisiacal City of Eden and the encroaching Army of Ruin.
As it was in the main canon, Jagi was the second youngest of the brothers studying under Ryuken. He was elder only to Kenshiro, whom he reviled for his skill and mercy. The seeds of Jagi's villainy were planted in his underhandedness and gigantic ego, making him unworthy to carry Hokuto Shinken into the future. Enraged that his master chose Kenshiro to be the successor of Hokuto Shinken over himself, Jagi attempted to murder his little brother and was left horribly disfigured as a result. Ever since then, Jagi swore to one day "put Kenshiro back in his place" as the inferior little brother by any means necessary.

Scarring himself in the likeness of his younger brother, Jagi committed horrifying acts of violence against the innocent in hopes of desecrating Kenshiro's good name. His campaign proved successful, as his taking of Airi and murder of her parents drove her brother Rei to scour the earth for this "man with the seven scars" who did these horrible things and cut him down. Jagi and his captive would eventually travel to Eden, though it is unclear when they first arrived, seeing as the madman only started to become notorious in the city after Thouzer's siege, which was long after Airi ended the death match between Rei (who was jumping to conclusions) and the defensive Kenshiro.

Jagi's campaign proved successful, as his taking of Airi and murder of her parents drove her brother Rei to scour the earth for the "man with the seven scars" who did these horrible things and cut him down.

Regardless, sometime after his unannounced arrival in Eden, Airi would somehow part from Jagi, and he would begin to cause trouble and indulge his twisted hedonism. One such place he frequented to glut his dark soul was the bar, where he met Lieutenant Targa, a man he took an almost brotherly liking to after recognizing a fellow sadist and learning that they shared a mutual interest in Kenshiro's demise. Seeing a grand opportunity, Targa recruited the crafty barbarian to aid in the undermining of Eden's defenses, singling Kenshiro as a "load-bearing wall" to the foundations of the city.
Jagi and his captive would eventually travel to the paradisiacal City of Eden, though it is unclear when they first arrived. Regardless, sometime after their unannounced arrival, Airi would be cut loose from Jagi, and he would cause trouble wherever he went to indulge himself behind the walls. One such place he frequented was the bar, where he met Lieutenant Targa. Jagi took an almost brotherly liking to the man after recognizing a fellow sadist in him and learning that, while Targa's main concern was with taking Eden, they shared a mutual interest in Kenshiro's demise. Seizing the opportunity, Targa recruited the crafty barbarian to aid in the undermining of Eden's defenses through taking out Kenshiro.

The two plotted against Kenshiro, luring him and his allies into an alleyway. After Jagi paralyzed Rei and incapacitating Airi, the siblings are taken as hostages to use against Kenshiro: he is to fight Jagi in gladiatorial combat, but the moment he moves out of place is the moment his allies die. Despite these restrictions, Jagi still found immense trouble in dispatching his younger brother, barking at Targa's soldiers to kill Rei and Airi. The villains' plot is subverted, however, once Nadia swooped in to rescue the hostages while everyone was occupied, leaving Jagi at the mercy of an enraged Kenshiro. He showed Jagi none, breaking his body near the point of explosion and allowing a now recovered Rei to deliver the final blow. Old wounds throbbing in his final moments, Jagi desperately calls out to Targa, only to find that his "ally" was nothing but an opportunist, and that one can lose to his younger brother. Suddenly his face and torso split into pieces, causing Jagi to crumble into a bloody pile of flesh and bone.
Perhaps aware that strength alone will not fell the warrior, they decided to use Kenshiro's compassion against him, creating a trap with the ones he cares about as bait. When Jagi found an opening, he paralyzed Rei and incapacitated Airi once more, taking the siblings as hostages to blackmail the noble warrior. When Kenshiro tracked down and confronted Jagi, Targa summoned guards to point spears at the throats of the bound Rei and Airi, arranging the men to kill the hostages if Kenshiro takes a single step in the ensuing fight. Despite how skewed the brawl was in Jagi's favor, Kenshiro was able to hold off his older brother's attacks and deal some of his own. Humiliated by his little brother yet again, the barbarian ignored the conditions he agreed upon and ordered Targa's soldiers to kill the hostages in a fit of rage. Fortunately for Rei and Airi, everyone was too preoccupied with the battle to prevent Nadai from swooping in and rescuing the captives ahead of time.

With nothing to blackmail his little brother with, Jagi was left at the mercy of an enraged Kenshiro, who was now spent of it. The noble warrior beat Jagi within an inch of his life, sparing him only so the recovered Rei could deliver the final blow for what the villain had done to his family. Old wounds throbbing and body becoming unstable, Jagi desperately called out to Targa, only to find that his "ally" was nothing but an opportunist that fled the scene. Sheer horror and utter disbelief were all Jagi felt in his final moments before his face and torso split open, causing the unworthy successor of Hokuto Shinken to crumble into a bloody pile of diced flesh and severed limbs.
