    : A minion of [[Raoh]] who oppresses a village under his rule. He is a glutton who constantly eats, and when he fears that he's losing weight he forces the villagers to steal more food from other villages. If anyone opposes him, he publicly executes them by hanging them from a noose and letting crows eat them alive.

    : One of the many villagers forced to do Sabato's bidding, [[Jiromu]], is caught stealing food by [[Kenshiro]] and tells him that his sister [[Mami]] has been threatened with the same execution. Kenshiro convinces him and his gang to smuggle him to Sabato, disguised as a food supply. Kenshiro emerges and fights Sabato, avoiding his body slam attack and spear to strike a pressure point called ''Suicho'' which makes the victim's body give off the stench of blood. The murder of crows begin pecking Sabato to death, to which Jiromu tells his freed sister that she must watch him die, as he would've done the same to them. After Sabato explodes, the birds continue eating his remains.
