With Raoh's world domination almost within his grasp, only two people stand in his way: his younger brother, and Hokuto Shinken successor, Kenshiro and the enigmatic Last Nanto General. When Raoh discovers the Last Nanto General's identity is none other than Yuria, the love of his life, the battle intensifies between Raoh and Kenshiro and the two prepare for the ultimate showdown.
