Jackal's 'right-hand' man. He fights using a technique known as Chōtō Chihai Ken, in which he pretends to be dead and then launches a surprise attack, decapitating his victims in mid-air with hidden sickles mounted on his wrists.
Later Fox is looking for food in a nearby village, unknowing that Kenshiro was out for revenge and Jackal kept this information from Fox to use him as a sacrifice to delay Ken. Kenshiro tracks down Fox, Fox pretends to cooperate and give Jackal's location whilst actually preparing his trick, but Kenshiro sees through his technique. When Fox refuses to tell Jackal's location, Kenshiro strikes the Shin-ichi (新一) vital point to forcibly extract the location of Jackal's whereabouts from him. After which, Kenshiro kicks Fox to his death and delivers his corpse as a warning to Jackal and the rest of his gang.

Manga & TV Series

He takes part in the attack on Toyo's village, then when Kenshiro is going to kill Jackal and Fox reveals he's taken two orphans as hostages. On Jackal's suggestion, Fox then plants dynamite on two of the orphans in order to create a diversion for Kenshiro so Jackal escape.

1986 movie

In the theatrical movie, Fox one of Jagi's underlings who terrorizes a village in Kenshiro's name. Kenshiro & Rei both happen to arrive on the scene and Kenshiro kills Fox with a single punch.

Video Games

Fox appears as a miniboss during Devil's stage in Fist Of the North Star for Master System.
In the Hokuto no Ken game for playstation Fox appears as a boss. There is an additional cutscene in the game depicting Fox whistling for Jackal's help, only to get no response.
Fox's techique is given to Outlaw in Hokuto Musō. Outlaw himself draws inspiration from Fox.
Fox himself appears in Shin Hokuto Muso as a boss in Legend mode. Fox uses the same moveset as Outlaw and wields a flail when not using Choto Chihai Ken.

Notes
