Hochu Otsuka

Hōchū Ōtsuka (大塚芳忠, Ōtsuka Hōchū) is a veteran voice actor born May 19, 1954 in Okayama, Japan. In the 1980's he was credited as Yoshitada Ōtsuka (大塚芳忠, Ōtsuka Yoshitada), his real name.

He may be best known as the voice of Melan Blue in Brigadoon.
