- The second eldest of Ryuken's adoptive sons, Toki was considered the most gifted and elegant student of Hokuto Shinken. However, when diagnosed with a terminal illness, Toki decides to sacrifice his future by saving his youngest brother, Kenshiro, during the nuclear fallout. With his health further diminished by radiation poisoning, Toki dedicates the remainder of his life to travelling the post-war wasteland with his colleague, Sara, healing the sick and injured.
- However, Toki realizes he cannot escape his destiny of fighting his older-brother, Raoh, who seeks to conquer the world with an iron fist. Calling on every last ounce of strength, Toki prepares himself for his final battle and the fulfilment of a childhood promise.
